Billing Terms and Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours.If you are paying with Paypal, please ensure that your account is "verified" with a confirmed address. To do this, all you need to do is add a credit card to your paypal account and ensure that we are shipping to the same address as the credit card billing address. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

We ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS provided at checkout. Please DO NOT have your order shipped to another address. These orders will be cancelled.  

For security reasons, we do not accept orders over $250 for buyers without established accounts.

Sales Tax
All orders delivered to a Canadian address will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their respective Province.

Note: If you are a wholesale client  buying for resell and would like MIMI MCQUEEN to remove your tax fee, please scan and attach a copy of your Tax number and registration to us. Indicate your order # on the sheet you send to us. You must be registered as a wholesale client first. Otherwise, your order will be treated as a regular order.

Handling Times and Times
Orders usually take 2-3 business days for processing & handling on top of shipping estimates. All orders are shipped via CANADA POST from CANADA. We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders will be processed within approximately 2-3 BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification process. MIMIMCQUEEN.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Next Monday.

In order to process your order smoothly, please use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we do not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will try our best to help resolve the issue, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please use the Live Chat Box or email us at sales@mimimcqueen.com BEFORE 11pm PST on the same day of order. We will try to help, however due to regular order processing procedures, we can not guarantee any cancellation and modification.

Please note: we will not be able to cancel or modify your order after the order has been processed (normally 11am PST on the next business day after the order is placed).

IN-STORE Return Policy
All regular priced clothing items purchased in a physical store location can be exchanged In-store within 10 days of purchase. We get new arrivals each week so you can be sure to find something else you might like. If you need more time, just ask one of our associates to extend the exchange period for you up to 20 days from the original purchase date. Please see your store receipt for full details.

ONLINE STORE Return Policy
All regular priced clothing items purchased in our Online Store can be returned by mail for a Refund if the item(s) are sent back to us within 10 days from receipt of the item(s).Items must be returned by mail in the original packaging. Purchases made online cannot be returned in-store. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping. Invoice #, RMA number and customer contact information must be included with return inside parcel.

For all returned packages with delivery failure, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we will not be responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable. Online Store Credit will be issued with a deduction of shipping costs from the original payment for returned packages.


NOTE: We do not refund original shipping costs. If an item bought during a Free Shipping Special is returned, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for that item. (That means $9.99 for shipments to Canada and $12.99 for shipments to the USA) This helps keep our shipping prices low for all our customers.

NOTE: DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY COSTUMES, LINGERIE, HOSIERY, SWIMSUIT OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Procedure
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number through logging into your account. Our representatives will review your request within 2 business days and issue the RMA number per our return policy. We have the right to refuse to issue a RMA number if the request does not follow our return policy. After you get the RMA number, please clearly mark it as RETURN RA#_________ on the outside of the package. Any package without a valid RMA # will be refused.
