Free gifts, discounts and more! Enjoy the privileges of being a VIP GOLD member. Every time you shop inside one of our physical store locations, give us your account number (same as your telephone number) and we will add points to your account. One dollar equals one point. When you get 200 points, we will upgrade you to become a GOLD member!

FAQ for VIP GOLD MEMBERS
Q: What will I be receiving in my package?

A: When you get upgraded in 2011, your rewards will be as follows:

1. 1 X 12 Month Coupons you can use IN-STORE

2. 1 X Membership Card

3. 15% Everyday Discount in our ONLINE store. We send you the coupon codes each month to the email address you provided upon upgrade.

4. Weekly coupons and gift certificates that you can use towards items in the VIP GOLD Category in our ONLINE STORE. Every week, we choose special items for VIP GOLD members that you can purchase with your exclusive coupon or gift certificate.

Q: How will I know what the monthly promotion is?

A: We will send you an email at the beginning of each month informing you of that month’s promotion or you can visit this page each month.

Q: How do I take advantage of the IN-STORE monthly promotions?

A: For In-Store Purchases: Present the corresponding monthly coupon for that month when you pay for your purchase in-store.

Q: How do I take advantage of the everyday 15% off Discount in the ONLINE-STORE?

A: We will send out monthly coupon codes to the email you provided at the time of the upgrade. Please note that we will verify the VIP GOLD member's name and shipping address when we process the order. The 20% percent coupon code and all other coupons sent to VIP GOLD members can only be used by an eligible VIP GOLD member. If the shipping address does not match with the address we have on file for the member, the order will be cancelled.

Q: If I did not provide an email address when I requested an upgrade, do I still get the everyday 15% discount online?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our mail system mails all VIP Gold clients blog articles, news items and coupon codes using the same system. So once you opt out of receiving correspondence from us, you will also stop receiving the coupon codes as well.

Q: I didn’t submit my email when I got upgraded or I unsubscribed. Is there any way to add myself back onto the mailing list?

A: Yes, please send an email to VIP@mimimcqueen.com with: your name, telephone number and customer number and we will add you back into the list. Make sure you provide the correct information to avoid delays. Note: All past coupon codes cannot be resent. However, you will be getting all new codes from that point on. Processing times for this can take from 2-4 weeks. So please provide a valid email at the time of your upgrade.  

Q: What do I do with the VIP Gold Membership Card?

A: It’s a handy card with your membership number that you can keep in your wallet to present with your purchase to collect more points!

Q: Can I get points for online purchases?

At this time, our system only accumulates customer points made in-store. However, if you make a one-time $200 transaction online, we can upgrade you to become a Gold Member. Purchases made and paid for on separate transactions will not be eligible.

Q: How can I check my points balance?

You can always check how many points you have by looking at the bottom of your most recent store receipt. Please note, we can only check customer points balance IN-STORE. We are unable to check online or over the phone.

Q: I shop at and have VIP accounts at all store locations. Can I combine my points to receive my coupon package?

A: Yes.  If you inform one of our cashiers, she will take down your telephone # and name & we can combine your current points together.  Once you accumulate 200 points, we will ask you to fill out a form so you can receive your VIP Gold coupon package via mail.

Q: I have a monthly In-store VIP GOLD coupon but forgot to bring it with me.  Can I bring it on my next visit & get the discount applied to the item I've previouslly purchased?

A: Unfortunately, coupons must be presented at the time of the purchase. We are unable to apply discounts to an item(s) after the original purchase.  However, these promotional coupons are usually valid for a number of weeks so you can always use the coupon on your next purchase.

Q: I'm a VIP member, but I forgot to tell the cashier my telephone number at the time of my purchase. Is there any way to get these points addded back onto my account?

A: If you have your receipt, please bring it to one of our locations & the cashier will ensure your points are added back onto your account.

Q: I am a VIP/VIP GOLD member but my contact information has changed from when I first signed up, what should I do?

A: If you come into one of our locations, one of our cashiers will be happy to help you update your contact information in our computer system.  Just provide them with your your current telephone number (& address, if you are a VIP GOLD member).

Q: Will you sell my email address with any other parties?

A: No, absolutely not. We never share your information with any other third parties. Your email address is strictly used for direct correspondence between you and Mimi McQueen.
